ONIX has entrusted us with the transformation of one of its corporate buildings to adapt it to a new multi-tenant model and improve its competitiveness in the market.
The property, occupied by a leading technology company, is freeing up part of its spaces for new tenants. To accompany this transition, we are renovating the common areas and updating the overall image of the building, reinforcing its functionality and attractiveness across a total area of 1,300 m².
